Cloning & CRISPR calculators
Tools for building and editing DNA. Find restriction sites and predict digest fragments, plan the reaction, calculate ligation and assembly amounts in moles, size a recombinant plasmid, and measure transformation efficiency.
For CRISPR there are guide and target-site tools for Cas9 and Cas12a, a frameshift calculator, and editing-efficiency measures. The target finders do simple sequence matching within the sequence you give them; they do not score guide activity or search a genome for off-target sites, and each page says so.
