Statistics calculators
Statistics for laboratory data, built so that a result is never just a number. Every test page states its method, its assumptions, the sample size, the degrees of freedom, the test statistic and the p-value, with a confidence interval and an effect size wherever they apply.
The p-value is explained on each page for what it is, the probability of a result at least this extreme if the null hypothesis and the test's assumptions were true, and never as proof of an effect or of its absence. None of these tools labels a result as "significant" or "not significant". They cover descriptive statistics, confidence intervals, t-tests, ANOVA, chi-square and Fisher's exact test, correlation and regression, effect sizes, ROC curves and Bland-Altman agreement.
