Symptom: Poor or no freeze
- Check the CO2 cylinder is medical grade and above minimum pressure; fit a full cylinder.
- Inspect the cryotip orifice and in-line filter for a blockage or ice; clean or replace.
- Verify the cylinder connection washer is intact and the connection is leak-free.
- Test freeze/defrost on the bench and time the ice-ball formation.
- If flow is adequate but freezing is weak, replace the tip and, if needed, the trigger valve kit.
