Focus: The Low Position Coaxial Coarse and Fine Focusing System designed to lessen user fatigue. The Coarse Focus Tension Control allows to increase or decrease the Focusing Tension. The Fine Focusing is graduated at 0.002 mm. Stage: Large Heavy Duty, Built-In Mechanical Stage with Low Coaxial Controls provides larger (180mm x 150mm) Platform with X-Y Travel of 76 mm x 50 mm. Graduated in 0.1 mm assures flexibility. Condenser: Focusable and Centerable Abbe Condenser NA 1.25 with Graduated Iris Diaphragm and Filter Holder. Illuminator: The Built-In Illuminator with Field Diaphragm provides Koehler Type Illumination. The Brightness Intensity Control provides steady even illumination at all levels. Variable Intensity Rheostat Wheel is located on the left side of the base. Iris Diaphragm: Features Adjustable Iris with Metal Leaf Overlay Design. - Click the nosepiece fully into a detent.
