Easy-to-read LCD flow indicator. The new flat panel cleans with a quick wipe. Alerts you if the O2 hose becomes restricted. Delivers up to 10 LPM of continuous O2 with the security and convenience only a concentrator can provide. Single, easy-to-clean cabinet intake filter is highly visible and easy to reach and remove for periodic cleaning. Compact cabinet with integrated handle and four swivel casters make movement easy. Hour meter can be easily accessed and viewed by service technician. Essentially the same size, weight, and power consumption as a 5 LPM machine. Internal 9 volt battery, with provider accessible reserve gauge, powers alarm if electric service is interrupted.

Low O2 concentration alarm

Shut off unit. Remove any obstruction(s) from air openings (refer to section "The Proper Location" in the Instruction Manual P/N 2668) and allow unit to cool. Restart unit.

Shut off unit and find obstruction to outlet. Unkink outlet hose. Replace humidifier. Restart unit.

Check for leaks among the hoses and fittings. If none found, check the Oxygen Sensor. If Sensor reads correctly, check for worn compressor. (Rebuild compressor if necessary.) If compressor is all right, replace the ATF.

Flow rate too high. Turn flow rate adjustment knob clockwise until full stop (closed); then turn knob counterclockwise one full turn. If problem persists, see steps above for Error # 158.

Symptom: Does not reach or hold the set pressure
- Run the device's pressure-verification against a calibrated manometer with a test lung / cap.
- Check for internal leaks and a blocked pressure-sensing line.
- Confirm the mask / circuit is not the leak source.
- Replace the pressure sensor if it fails verification.
- Replace the blower if it cannot meet flow demand.
Symptom: Blower noisy / failing / cannot meet flow
- Listen for bearing rumble or rattle from the blower.
- Check the inlet air filter is clean.
- Confirm no internal air leak.
- Replace the blower / motor assembly.
- Re-verify pressure and flow after replacement.
Symptom: Humidifier fault (no / excessive humidity, water in the tubing)
- Confirm the heater plate warms and the chamber seats fully.
- Inspect the chamber seal and the heated-tube connector.
- Check the humidity setting against ambient conditions.
- Replace the chamber seal or the heated tube.
- Replace the humidifier heater assembly if it will not heat.

- Try a known-good SD card in the correct slot.
- Check the card is not write-protected or corrupt.
- Confirm the wireless module / modem where fitted.
- Read the card on a PC to confirm data is being written.
