Reduced workload thanks to the Pure ECG™ technology The medilog® plus range is characterised by a new and unique ECG amplifier which has been specifically developed by SCHILLER in many years of research to meet the requirements of mobile Holter ECGs. Thanks to this ultra-linear amplifier Pure ECG™ technology the ECG is recorded in a more authentic and clearer way than is achieved with comparable products. Holter ECG recordings performed with a recorder from the medilog® plus range show substantially fewer artefacts and require therefore much less time for post-processing - even for active patients. [b]High-resolution P-wave detection for high-quality atrial diagnostics:[/b] The new medilog® AR4 plus is the ideal tool when fibrillation or flutter is suspected. The integrated PMD (patient movement detection) provides further detailed information on the patient's activities during the recording.
