Mortara · Model ELI 350
Best 10 and Full Disclosure The ELI 350 will automatically select and display the Best 10 seconds of ECG signal from the 20 minutes of full disclosure, reducing clinician review time and eliminating the need for repeat ECGs. Wireless Freedom Equivalent in size and weight to a traditional patient cable, the WAM (wireless acquisition module) provides freedom of movement for the clinician while acquiring electrocardiograms. A single button press at the WAM acquires an ECG or prints a rhythm strip. Information Exchange Bidirectional communication via serial port, internal modem, LAN, or wireless LAN with Mortara's E-Scribe™ and Athena products as well as third party EMR, HIS, and PACS systems via XML, PDF, UNIPRO, and DICOM®.

Symptoms: Baseline wander, muscle or AC noise, "lead fail", poor 12-lead quality.
Root cause: Poor skin prep, dried or lifting electrodes, or a worn patient cable / lead set.
Symptoms: Acquisition hangs, no interpretation, or a self-test failure.
Root cause: Acquisition-module fault or a software issue.
Symptoms: No or faint report, paper jam, misregistered grid.
Root cause: Thermal print head, paper handling, or (older units) the stylus.
Symptoms: Short battery run time, will not hold charge, will not power on.
Root cause: Aged battery pack.
Symptoms: ECGs will not transmit to the ECG-management system / EMR.
Root cause: Network / Wi-Fi / modem configuration or the communication module.

Mortara Instrument, Inc. has recently become aware of a potential safety hazard involving our ELI 380 electrocardiograph. When used in a particular workflow, acquired ECG waveforms for one patient may become associated with the patient demographics for a different patient when the record is transmitted to a records management system.
