StatSpin 30 provides Platelet Rich Plasma. The StatSpin 30 is a dedicated primary tube centrifuge that provides Platelet Rich Plasma in 30 seconds. It's designed to remove red and white cells from the plasma and leave the platelets in the plasma. The plasma can then be used for tests that require platelet rich plasma. The short spin minimizes any heat build up. It's simple to use - just press the button! The StatSpin 30 spins four(4) standard 13mm x75mm tubes. It is small and quiet and takes very little bench space. Tube inserts are available which allow smaller tubes to be spun. [b]No Sample Transfer[/b] The StatSpin 30 accepts standard glass or plastic up to 5 mL blood collection tubes (13 x 75mm or smaller) and the unique rotor design minimizes the chance of breakage.
