Quick and easy setup for controlled distraction of the hip joint The unit is designed to fit onto a standard operating table. The four upright bars are secured to the O.R. table utilizing the standard O.R. table socket clamps. The thigh pad holds the patient stable allowing distraction to be applied to the affected limb. A stabilizing bar is used to keep the distractor and thigh assembly stable. The foot piece is secured with velcro straps and a web strap used with a tightening mechanism.
