Automatic Binary Gradient - High Pressure Gradient Two Adept CE 4100 pumps each deliver at flow rates of 1.001 to 10mL/min and are connected to a dynamic mixer CE 4120. The dual wavelength detector CE 4200, is stacked above the pumps. The automatic sample injector CE 4800 which accommodates 50 samples completes the system, which is supplied with 8µL x 10mm flowcell and installation kit 4150 02 01. The very high performance of the detector, with exceptionally low drift, provides a very stable system for extended measurements. Full system control and data processing are provided by the PowerStream system manager and software.
