Symptom: No flow / pad not cold
- Use larger ice and make sure the unit has both ice and water; allow 10 minutes to stabilise.
- Confirm the outlet works and plugs are fully engaged, and the hose is not kinked.
- Disconnect and reconnect the pad, and release trapped air by depressing the black plus-shaped part inside the unit connector.
- Place the unit on a raised surface and loosen straps over the pad.
- Clean the foam filter: remove the lid, pull the filter cap, rinse the filter and cap, reassemble.
Symptom: Pad will not fill
- Lay the pad flat and below the unit and let it fill.
- Release air at the connector as above.
- Loosen any bandages or straps over the pad.
- Reapply once filled.
- If it still will not fill, replace the pad.

This recall has been initiated due to confirmation that the Polar Dressing, Knee/MU/Shldr Intelli-Flo-Breg does not meet the required thickness as specified. The dressing in the sterile pouch measures a thickness of 0.010" instead of 0.020". This change in thickness makes the dressing thinner, less durable and subject to tearing. The product is mislabeled.
