Endoscope Image Quality Test Instrument The EndoBench is an image quality testing device used to quantitatively measure scope characteristics that are important to end users such as: MTF / Image Sharpness, Distortion, Uniformity, Field of View. It is designed for use in high production work environments such as manufacturing, repair QC testing, and in hospital settings for routine preventive maintenance inspections and for pre and post repair validation. Until now, inspection of endoscopes relied solely upon the skill and objectivity of inspector to determine if the scope is fully functional and suitable for use in the next surgical case. The EndoBench takes the guess-work out of the inspection process, improving overall scope quality and reducing end-user complaints.
