Pilot Scale cGMP-compliant PKII Ultracentrifuge The PKII has been designed for the specific needs of pilot plants and small scale manufacturing. With a range of scalable cores the rotor process volume range can be adjusted from 1.6 liters to 400 ml while retaining the same separation parameters as the KII and Promatix 1000™ Ultracentrifuge. The PKII retains all of the design, construction, automation and engineering features that have made the KII the most advanced instrument in the field.
